Joined Broadcom (Formally CA Technologies Inc.) in 1998 as a junior programmer and moved into support in 1999. Early on supported Jasmine for 10 years, then Service Desk and finally Service Management products (Service Desk/Service Catalog/Process Automation/EEM) for the past 16 years. Began supporting our AppDev products(CA 2E/CA Plex/Harvest) since 2022. Since 2022, I have acted as an SME for CA 2E/CA Plex.
