Hugo Rodríguez Sánchez is the General Manager of SODISA, a Honduran software company his father founded over 20 years ago. He works closely with his engineering team on product strategy and architecture decisions across SODISA's ERP portfolio, including BIT, the company's flagship enterprise platform built on CA Plex. In recent years, Hugo has been leading SODISA's modernization journey: expanding BIT into the web while preserving the business logic and institutional knowledge built over two decades on Plex.
