Mahadev is originally from India and moved to the USA in 2019, continuing his software engineering journey that began in 2005. He has 20 years of IT industry experience designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise, distributed, and cloud-native applications. His career spans the evolution of software platforms—from desktop systems to modern cloud architectures—with expertise in backend services, application architecture, and performance optimization. He spent five years at CA Technologies (now Broadcom) contributing to CA Plex product development and sustenance engineering, building strong expertise in model-driven application development. Currently, he is with CMFirstGroup, contributing to the modernization of IBM i applications built with CA Plex/2E into modern cloud-based web platforms. As part of CmEvolveIT, he develops software products that help organizations transform legacy IBM i applications through modern APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and database modernization. Mahadev is technology-agnostic and enjoys learning and adapting to new technologies and platforms. Outside of work, he enjoys playing badminton and continuously learning about emerging technologies.
